The 8th Annual Malaysia International Gourmet Festival is once again making its
appearance this November.
Throughout the month-long festival, restaurants make a collective effort to bring
awareness to Malaysia's diverse and unique cuisine. The festival's main
objective is to feature the skills of the world-class chefs who already reside in
Malaysia.
Festival dishes created exclusively for this event are sold at special prices to
encourage menu diversity as well as aiming to keep fine dining in Malaysia
accessible to everyone.
Voted one of the top 50 events for the 'Visit Malaysia Year 2007' campaign, the
festival features the participation of Malaysia's best restaurants and renowned
chefs. From its humble beginnings among the country's very small dining scene
in 2001, the festival has evolved into what is now the country's premier fine
